I am looking for a skilled Senior Certification Engineer to join an established organisation. This role includes technical evaluation, project management, mentoring, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define scope of certification projects and evaluate products against EN/IEC 60079 Series standards.
• Estimate project costs and prepare customer quotations.
• Plan and manage certification projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Conduct or coordinate product testing and prepare compliance documentation.
• Issue certification reports and certificates per scheme procedures.
• Mentor and train junior engineers; conduct technical reviews.
• Represent the company at technical committees, industry events and exhibitions.
• Support lab equipment setup and other technical tasks as needed.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in product certification and testing (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).
• Experience mentoring and reviewing technical work.
