We are a team of entrepreneurs who are expanding our business through both inorganic and organic growth. Its consulting business operates through entities in the UK, US and South Africa. In addition, Elixirr offers creative, digital marketing, data and AI and procurement and transformation services through its acquired specialist group companies. We are looking for the right candidate, a future Partner, to join us on our exciting growth journey to build the best consulting firm in the world!
To excel as an Elixirr, Insurance Principal you will confidently:
- Lead the delivery of our client projects
- Proactively develop and successfully convert new business opportunities

For this Industry focused role, you also need to be:
- Experienced in Commercial Insurance, P&C or MGA environments
- Compelling in winning client trust to execution Data and AI projects
- Confident delivering Enterprise level, transformation programmes
- On a clear journey to Partner
- A confident market maker with a proven record of originating and developing sustainable economically valuable relationships
- An established consultant by background, experienced in one or more areas of strategy, transformational change, target operating models, operational excellence, outsourcing and business case development
- Adaptable across different industries or geographies
- Co-creative in your approach to working with clients to solve their biggest challenges
