Wir suchen Dich - ab sofort! Im Herzen Hamburgs, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt, liegt das Novotel Hamburg Central Station. Die bekannte Einkaufsstraße und Fußgängerzone Mönckebergstraße befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Hamburger Hafen. Die 227 eleganten und modernen Zimmer bieten den Gästen Komfort. Das Restaurant „Mysa Eatery“, eine Symbiose neu interpretierter, nordischer Kulinarik und modulierter internationaler Küche bietet den Gästen ein neues F&B Konzept. 5 Tagungsräume und das Fitnesscenter runden das Hotelangebot ab.
Wir begleiten Dich 3 Jahre durch deine Ausbildung und führen dich dabei durch alle Abteilungen wie Service oder Empfang von unserem brandneuen Novotel Hamburg Central Station:
- Front Office: In dieser Ausbildungsphase begegnest du Menschen aus aller Welt. Hier wirst du zum Gastgeber und bist Profi beim Check In & Check Out.
- Service: Du lernst, was es bedeutet, vollblutiger Gastgeber zu sein. In unserem modernen Restaurant "MYSA" bringen wir dir Servicequalität bei.
- Küche: Du lernst die wichtigsten Grundlagen des Kochens und setzt dich mit vielfältigen Produkten und Techniken auseinander. Nach deiner Ausbildung kennst du den Geschmack unserer Gäste.
- Housekeeping: Hier lernst du viel über das Thema Sauberkeit, Reinigung und Instandhaltung der Gästezimmer und den öffentlichen Bereichen. Dein Blick fürs Wesentliche wird dabei geschult.
- Reservierung: In dieser Phase lernst du Verkaufsgespräche zu führen und testest Verhandlungsgeschick. Hinterher bist du fit für die Kundenbetreuung und Abwicklung der Reservierungen.
- Bankett: Du organisierst und erlebst interessante Meetings & Events von unterschiedlichen Unternehmen. Du bist ein echtes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent nach dieser Zeit.
- Technik: Hier lernst du technische Lösungen kennen und entwickelst handwerkliche Fähigkeiten. Danach hast du einen Blick für das große Ganze und ein Feingefühl für unsere Hoteltechnik.
