Overview:

We\’re supporting a leading Utilities client in their digital transformation journey and are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead to join on a 12-month contract. This hybrid role involves on-site presence 2–3 days per week (UK-based).

As the Technical Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of the SAP S/4HANA solution – ensuring best practices in architecture, integration, and delivery while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of SAP Technical experience (2+ years in S/4HANA)

At least one full SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation

Strong ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and CDS views experience

Proven integration skills using SAP PI/PO and CPI

Clear communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design, build, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA landscape

Collaborate with developers, BASIS, and security teams

Ensure effective integration with legacy and external systems

Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover activities

Align all technical work with SAP best practices and business goals
