- Onboarding & Integration: Lead the seamless transition of markets into Reckitt’s in-house media ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align global, regional, and local teams to ensure adoption and success.
- Team & Process Design: Develop market-specific media teams and workflows.
- Media Oversight: Ensure efficiency, compliance, and ROI in media performance.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training to empower teams and build long-term capability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor onboarding effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee onboarding across multiple markets, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
