Hotel Revenue Analyst

Social network you want to login/join with: Contract: Full Time Salary: up to £30,000 per annum Based at Mottram Hall The Revenue Analyst at Champneys will be responsible for compiling and analysing data to support the Commercial Team and General Manager in making informed decisions regarding room and package pricing. The role includes gathering data on the business and competitors to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Some responsibilities include: Daily and weekly revenue reporting for the business. Quality control checks to ensure system conventions are maintained, including data cleaning and preparation. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and audit checks. Resort Suite Specialist duties. Creating data visualisations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards for pricing and competitor analysis. Supporting revenue growth through process development and Excel reporting, analysing data to identify patterns and trends in market segments. Collaborating with the Commercial Team and General Manager to implement group promotions and strategies, ensuring deadlines are met. Attending strategy meetings with on-property GMs, providing recommendations to drive T/RevPAR. Generating room forecasts and budgets for hotels based on data analysis. This role is pivotal in maximising revenue and profits at Champneys, primarily at Mottram Hall, but also within our resort business. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a broad understanding of Mottram Hall\’s operations, and the ability to work on revenue-generating projects with other teams.
