About the Role
Join our Warship Support Maritime Services Supply Chain team, delivering procurement and supply chain activities for a defined area. You will support the development of strategies and plans, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to meet project and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure materials and subcontract services, ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and export control requirements are met
- Support supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Deliver effective supplier relationship management and maintain the open order book
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
- Support risk identification and mitigation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including quality, safety, and responsible business conduct
Skills & Experience
- Experience in procurement or supply chain
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Understanding of MRP and Purchase to Pay processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- SAP experience desirable (training provided if needed)
