We have gone from strength to strength to become one of Dubai's leading brokerages and are currently looking for talented sales and leasing professionals to join our growing team, that understand the importance of having a strong focus on ensuring clients experience a smooth and straightforward process that is tailored to their needs.
The role of a Property Consultant offers variety and diversity; no two days are the same, in addition to a generous commission package that is uncapped and tax-free. Responding to the changing needs of buyers and sellers often requires adaptability; ideal candidates are required to be proactive, forward-thinking, have confidence and competence in negotiating, and have great interpersonal skills. With the ever-evolving property market in the UAE, employees are required to keep updated with the latest property trends and changes in the laws to be able to accurately advise their clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through calling, advertising, and business presentations
- Regularly keeping updated on the market sales trends and informing clients accordingly
- Conducting property valuations
- Meeting clients for viewings
- Maintaining an up-to-date database and accurate record keeping
- Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell
- Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong negotiation tactics and great interpersonal skills
