About the role
Our Oracle NetSuite practice at PwC has seen significant growth over the last 12 months. To meet strategy and market demands, we are looking to expand our capabilities. Our NetSuite practice helps mid-market UK headquartered organizations implement NetSuite ERP, SCM, and EPM solutions, and assists existing NetSuite customers in optimizing their solutions by investing in new functionalities and technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a growing team and to develop your skills and career in a vibrant consulting environment. As a Lead Functional Consultant, you will combine extensive NetSuite Financials expertise with hands-on experience across R2R, P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting domains.
Responsibilities- Providing NetSuite subject matter expertise for multiple implementation or optimization projects across various industry verticals and business process areas.
- Leading NetSuite ERP implementations from technical, functional, and change management perspectives.
- Analyzing business and technical requirements, performing fit/gap analyses, and offering recommendations during pursuits, pre-sales, and implementations.
- Innovating and leading new ideas from conception to execution; building and maintaining strong relationships with client personnel.
- Participating in pre-sales and business development activities, including contributing to proposals, client pitches, and building our work pipeline.
- Liaising with NetSuite Sales and Account Management teams to support growth and nurture long-term relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
- Experience as a functional consultant with NetSuite.
- Proficiency in NetSuite Financials, including multi-company, multi-books, multi-currency, and revenue recognition, with knowledge of at least one other functional area such as Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
- Experience leading business process design and discovery sessions, and evaluating software purchases against SOW.
- Ability to develop tailored functional design documentation.
- Knowledge of third-party vendors to enhance NetSuite solutions; experience demoing modules and features as part of proofs of concept.
- Experience in presales activities and supporting the sales team with scoping and SOW presentations.
- Experience managing and supporting team activities, including offshore functional and technical teams.
