JOB MISSION: Due to expansion we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Apparel. You will be responsible for driving key growth throughout the apparel category. Working with the Merchandising team you will gain key consumer analytical insight to help drive key decisions to align with the Global Product Strategy. You must have a strong passion for all things consumer as well as strong creative marketplace insight and the ability to drive concepts to fruition successfully. Supporting one of our biggest Key Accounts we are looking for someone who will shape the future and accelerate growth for JD globally as well as our EMEA key account business. The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly collaborative, and forward-thinking individual who maintains a commercial mindset. You will be responsible for shaping the future apparel category across EMEA, questioning and identifying opportunities to drive success. We offer hybrid working (2 days in office) and flexibility of working hours to accommodate a healthy work life balance. Regular travel both domestically and internationally will be required. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create and implement Global Apparel product strategy and roadmap for our Key Account to achieve financial goals Partners directly with the Key Account to lead and define the global product roadmap based on segmentation, regionalisation, space and capacity Use subject matter expertise to drive development of new and innovative ideas Develop product against margin targets and engage with sourcing to maximise Global reach Develop product pricing and positioning strategies Scope and prioritise activities based on customer impact Align all regions to capture opportunities and ensure execution of the agreed Key Account product line Provide in depth monthly reports for Key Account to demonstrate outputs and areas to focus on for the future Prioritise requirements to ensure alignment with success metrics Anticipate and communicate cross-job function dependencies of all product decisions and ensuring that critical Key Account issues are discussed and considered Make recommendations to modify existing products or explore new ones based on analyses of competitors Work alongside the inline team to build brand stories and meaningful moments for both merchandised exclusives and inline products Lead Global pre-line apparel presentation for Key Account Create product opportunities identified post pre-line to maximise revenue REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: Previous experience within a Senior Product Manager position within an apparel or footwear category Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
