Job Title: Home Claims Handler
Location: Leicester or Bexhill β Hybrid

Role Overview: Reporting to the Desk Surveyor Team Leader, your responsibilities include managing home claims processes, supporting desktop settlements, liaising with suppliers, and supporting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a referral point for colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in WIP review meetings to manage claim lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and manage claims files accurately.
- Navigate systems like Fintech, Core Logic, and Respond.
- Handle incoming calls to support customers effectively.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Customer service experience in insurance, preferably claims.
- Ability to work remotely using online tools like MS Teams.
- Efficient and accurate work ethic aligned with SLAs and targets.
- Strong system navigation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external relationships.
