Market leader with multiple global offices Significant investment in growing the L&D function Individual progression and promotion plans The Role As an L&D Consultant , you will: Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching. Handle training administration, planning, and coordination with management, along with conducting training needs analysis. Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress. Support onboarding with proactive feedback to maximize retention. Manage training programs and analyze/report on their effectiveness. What We Are Looking For A recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience demonstrating success through billings/promotions. Experience in delivering mentoring, training, and coaching (group and 121).
