SFP is seeking a replacement Partnership Manager at a time of significant increase to its budget, personnel numbers, and projects. Due to the current Managerโs planned retirement in December 2025, we are looking to recruit a dynamic self-starter for this permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Manage partnerships, budgets, and projects from development to completion. Coordinate with scientific colleagues and multi-agency teams. Brief stakeholders at Board level. Candidate Requirements: Excellent organizational and management skills. Sound communication skills. Experience in managing budgets and projects. Educational background in environment, preferably coastal or marine (degree level). Ability to work effectively with scientific and multi-agency teams.
