SFP is seeking a replacement Partnership Manager at a time of significant increase to its budget, personnel numbers, and projects. Due to the current Manager’s planned retirement in December 2025, we are looking to recruit a dynamic self-starter for this permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage partnerships, budgets, and projects from development to completion.
- Coordinate with scientific colleagues and multi-agency teams.
- Brief stakeholders at Board level.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and management skills.

- Educational background in environment, preferably coastal or marine (degree level).
