Senior B2B Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the B2B platform. You\’ll enhance the platform\’s data capabilities, expanding international reach, and ensuring seamless integrations with client CRMs and social media channels. You\’ll operate at the intersection of product innovation, data strategy, and customer needs to maintain and grow a market-leading solution.

Your responsibilities include managing platform performance, client satisfaction, and global growth efforts while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the product roadmap to position the platform as a global leader in the field

• Manage platform development focusing on features like data processing, validation, machine learning-driven lead scoring, CRM integrations, and social channel connectivity

• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to align product capabilities with business goals and user needs.

• Lead agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.

• Serve as a product evangelist, clearly communicating platform value to internal and external audiences.

• Oversee day-to-day platform operations to ensure excellent client service and timely delivery of new features and integrations.
