Job Title: Property Management Administrator Location: London Bridge Brand: Stirling Ackroyd Salary: Β£28,000 per annum, plus commission Hours: Monday to Thursday:8.45am – 6pm andFriday: 8.45am – 5pm. Hybrid working available (maximum of 2 days per week). The main purpose of the role is to effectively and efficiently manage the daily operations of our Property Management Lettings portfolio whilst maintaining and delivering quality customer service, including duties as below; Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity Booking of property visits Corresponding with customers via both phone and email Data entry β both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard Photocopying, scanning and filing Running errands within and outside of the office Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
