To this end, we have made available two full scholarships, aimed at one international and one home PhD student. The international scholarship will cover tuition fees of £23,500 and a yearly stipend of £19,237, while the home scholarship will cover tuition fees of £5,350 and a yearly stipend of £19,237. Both scholarships are for a period of three years, starting on 1st February 2025. The school has eight departments offering PhD pathways in the following areas: Business and Management Business and Society Finance and Risk The departments have outlined strategic research topics, including: Corporate governance and Climate Reporting (Accounting) AI-Enhanced Sustainable Finance and Risk Management (Finance, Risk and Banking) Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation (Hyden Green Institute) Contemporary issues in Industrial Economics (Industrial Economics) Marketing for the greater good (Marketing) Sustainable work and employment (Organisational Behaviours and Human Resource Management) Contemporary Supply Chain Management to enhance sustainability and/or resilience (Operations Management and Information Systems) Sustainability in Business (Strategy and International Business) Applicants are encouraged to contact potential supervisors to discuss their projects before submitting an application.
