The HR Business Partner will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support the successful achievement of organisational goals. What we are looking for:

  • Level 7 CIPD qualified or above
  • Experience as a HR Business Partner with a sound understanding of HR and People strategies, within a large matrix structure
  • Able to demonstrate that you have delivered at pace
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges
  • Union experience would be desirable
