Natures Corner, part of the Zen Health Foods family, is a well-loved health store in the heart of Newbury, Berkshire. We offer trusted natural products, expert advice, and a welcoming environment where people come to feel supported in their health journey.
We’re now looking for a Retail Manager to lead the store – someone who brings energy, care and a genuine interest in health.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth, customer-first experience
Lead and support a small team
Offer product guidance and wellness support to customers (training provided)
Manage ordering, merchandising and stock control
Help drive store performance and maintain high standards
Stay informed on new products and health trends
Support in-store promotions, events, and community engagement
Manage the stores social media platforms and help build online presence
What We’re Looking For
A strong interest in health, nutrition and wellness
Friendly, proactive and comfortable in a customer-facing role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organised and confident taking responsibility for daily operations
Experience in the health food sector is ideal
Retail experience is essential
A willingness to learn, lead, and grow
