If so, you should apply for our position of Site Cleaning Manager for our contract with Thomas’s College in Richmond:
The Role:
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Salary package: £33,500 p.a.
- The site: You will look after Thomas’s College in Richmond.
As our Site Cleaning Manager at the newly refurbished college, you will make sure the cleaning operations on the site run smoothly and to budget. You will be responsible for looking after your team of cleaners across a range of educational buildings, boarding houses and offices within the new campus. You will oversee a team of a site supervisor, 9 evening cleaners, two day janitors and a housekeeper. Your role will be to ensure that your team has all the skills and tools they need to thrive in their job to provide clean, hygienic and safe environments for the building users. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training your team as well as looking after their motivation, wellbeing, and performance. You will also be responsible for ordering the stock for the site, carrying out regular site audits and completing timesheets to make sure everyone is paid correctly every month. You will report into the Contract Manager for the area.
