We are looking for a Litigation Director for our London office. Role: Litigation Director Location: London, UK Desired Industry Experience: 10 Years+ Relevant Experience The incumbent should be a qualified senior legal professional with at least 10 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, risk management, and proven leadership in litigation with an impressive track record in leading strategic legal initiatives across complex jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom and ANZ. The candidate should be able to apply this expertise to formulate corporate strategies and governance in the IT services industry. Experience as a strategic legal advisor, including development and implementation of corporate legal/litigation strategies and legal governance, is essential. The role requires integrating risk management into executive decision-making and compliance frameworks aligned with business goals. Academic Qualifications Bachelor\’s degree in law is mandatory. A Master\’s degree in business management is an added advantage. Role Description Act as a growth advisor by identifying and creating new business opportunities, aligned with legal strategy and growth goals. Manage high-value, complex legal disputes, including multi-party litigation, from pre-trial to resolution, aligning litigation strategies with commercial objectives. Provide strategic legal counsel in managing high-stakes litigation. Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, especially in UK and ANZ regions. Oversee legal proceedings involving the company, ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory compliance. Review and provide strategic input on legal contracts in line with business objectives and legal requirements. Lead strategic initiatives such as growth planning, market expansion, M&A, partnerships, and investments, providing legal/regulatory insights. Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term legal strategies and performance metrics. Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track legal case milestones and risks. Build internal reporting frameworks for legal governance and risk assessment. Provide guidance to the Executive team on legal strategy and ongoing litigations. Must Have Qualities Strong understanding of regulatory environments in UK and ANZ. Dynamic, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
