This is a senior, strategic leadership position with full accountability for the commercial, people, and growth agenda across the region. You’ll lead our Visiting Care (VC) and Live-in Care (LIC) operations, ensure compliance, drive operational excellence, and foster a high-performing, people-centred culture. What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspiring Leadership – Build and nurture high-performing, values-led teams with strong engagement and retention.
- Commercial Ownership – Own the region’s P&L performance, manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability.
- Growth Leadership – Drive regional expansion, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment to grow market share.
- Operational Excellence – Oversee the smooth delivery of care services, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and consistency.
- Client Experience Champion – Ensure outstanding care experiences, resolve concerns effectively, and enhance client satisfaction.
- People Agenda Ownership – Lead the recruitment, development, and wellbeing of your teams, championing our people-first culture.
- Compliance Leadership – Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, maintaining robust governance frameworks.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in health & social care, preferably within homecare or regulated care environments.
- Strong commercial and operational track record with clear evidence of delivering growth and profitability.
- Excellent knowledge of care service delivery best practices and regulatory expectations (CQC or equivalent).
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills, able to engage at Executive and Board levels.
