We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team – someone who can confidently take ownership of website interface design projects, has a sharp eye for detail, and truly understands how people behave online. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing high-converting website interfaces in Figma with creativity and purpose. Using Photoshop to assist with supporting visuals. Applying a deep understanding of user behaviour to design for engagement and conversions. Collaborating with our SEO, branding, and development teams. Managing multiple client website and branding projects simultaneously. Supporting other departments with design input and creative guidance. Participating in industry exhibitions and events as part of the team. Bringing a customer-focused mindset to everything you do. Interpreting client feedback clearly and constructively. Being part of our creative brainstorms and internal improvement efforts. What We’re Looking For: 3 – 5+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of website and UI/UX work. A solid grasp of typography, layout, and composition. Clear, friendly communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English. A naturally likeable, approachable, and client-friendly personality. Understanding of business and human psychology to inform design decisions. Ability to manage your own projects and work efficiently under deadlines. Comfortable with occasional branding tasks and feedback implementation.
