We support patients who are housebound and unable to be supported within a clinic or practice, promoting their independence through self-care. The new Senior Nurse role is an integral part of our teams, delivering excellent nursing care and supporting colleagues\’ professional development. As an NMC-registered Nurse, you will undertake supervisory responsibilities under the guidance of the Community Nurse Team Leader, working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing adult community nursing services across the primary care network footprint.
