The role requires working with colleagues and independently to prepare NetSuite demonstration accounts to meet prospect requirements. Meet prospects on-site and remotely. Demonstrate how NetSuite can satisfy prospect needs. Assess NetSuite modules and estimate Professional Services effort. Conduct workshops to identify business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Document proposals as Business Requirements Documents. Propose and agree on project plans with stakeholders. Implement solutions, including client meetings, configuration, data transfer, training, and user acceptance testing. Support system users via various channels. Prepare training and support materials. Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle. Have sufficient knowledge of standard accounting practices. Minimum 4 years\’ experience in a business environment, including: At least 3 years using business management software.
