To lead our customer growth efforts in green logistics across Europe, DP World is looking for a forward-thinking Manager Business Development – EV Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chains. As Manager Business Development – EV Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chains, you will lead strategic commercial efforts focused on expanding DP World’s electric road freight and green supply chain services in Europe. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing tailored solutions, managing customer relationships, and driving long-term sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted customer acquisition plan for EV logistics and sustainable supply chains across Europe.
  • Identify and convert opportunities in port drayage, short haul.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at OEMs, retailers, and logistics partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end commercial process, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, real estate, and sustainability teams to deliver scalable EV logistics solutions.
  • Support identification and development of infrastructure partnerships, such as EV charging hubs and truck stop networks.
  • Engage with government bodies to secure incentives, grants, or subsidies for sustainable transport initiatives.
  • Manage the commercial pipeline and act as the lead for pan-European EV freight product launches, partnerships, and industry representation.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics. Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales transportation and in business development or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of landing new clients and developing business in transport.
  • Knowledge of European road freight dynamics and EV truck ecosystems.
  • Understanding of OEM EV road strategies and infrastructure requirements.
  • Familiarity with ESG topics, climate regulations, and decarbonization strategies.
  • Comfortable working across multicultural, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments.
