We are recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join the team at a successful first opinion veterinary practice in the CITY OF LEEDS area, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent full-time opportunity working 4 days a week, including 1 in 3 Saturday rota, with no Sundays and no out-of-hours work.
The practice is purpose-built with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, including in-house digital X-ray, IM3 dental X-ray, ultrasound, laboratory, surgical suite, class IV laser therapy machine, and separate dog/cat/isolation wards. The practice is busy with a lovely, loyal client base and good potential for further growth.
The role would suit a Vet Surgeon ideally with at least 2 years of experience who has ambition to develop further. You will work alongside a certificate holder in surgery with advanced procedures, including soft tissue and orthopaedics, and also a Vet working towards a certificate in ophthalmology. Person Requirements:- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- Ideally 2 years + experience in practice
- Salary to £60,000.00 per annum (subject to experience)
- CPD allowance and postgraduate qualification or certificate supported
