The Children with Disabilities (SEND) Occupational Therapy Team are recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist based in Sleaford. This role offers a chance to experience aspects of leadership whilst supportingthe Team Manager and Practice Supervisor. This includes supervision and team development alongsideactivecasework, andis an exciting opportunity to develop your professional role and abilities in a small supportiveteam. You will be working with a team of Level 1 & Level 2 occupational therapists in a countywide teamsupportingchildren and young people with disabilities in their homes through the promotion of independence, skill acquisition andsupportfor care provision. About You You will be able to apply evidence basedknowledge of this specialist area of practice, acquired throughin depthexperience of complex casework and act as a professional role model for other team members.Acting as a highly specialist occupational therapy resource for colleagues, parents, carers children and young people.
