THE COMPANY
Our client is based in the Southwest of England and is a multidisciplinary agency that manages and designs events on behalf of clients internationally! They manage exhibition and symposia activities at a large number of medical congresses for their key pharmaceutical clients. They will also build and manage exhibition stands as well as the satellite symposia that their client sponsors during these exhibitions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary agency based in the Southwest!
THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and development, we are excited to be recruiting for a new and experienced Events Administrator. This role is pivotal in the efficient running of various projects, delivering unique and impactful events. You will support the events team with day-to-day operations across multiple projects, coordinating event logistics for major corporate clients in both live and virtual environments. You will work closely with your Project Managers, effectively prioritising their requirements, managing your own workload, and collaborating with team members.
- Assist the Project Managers with event administration - event proposals through research, administrative support, and budget input.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, attendees, suppliers, and logistics teams by supporting regular project meetings.
- Contribute to project budgeting and ensure purchase orders are raised promptly.
- Assist in preparing and scheduling post-event debriefs with clients, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Carry out any other tasks as appropriate for the role.
THE CANDIDATE
This role is open to candidates with varied levels of experience, ideally with a background as an Administrator or a PA in a similar events or project-based environment. Strong attention to detail, able to input data quickly, accurately, and thoroughly.
