Madison Berkeley are exclusively partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join their London Property Management team, working with institutional clients. This is a strategic, client-facing role managing a mixed-use portfolio (primarily multi-let offices and industrial assets) across London and the South East, working directly with one of my client's longest-standing institutional clients, playing a key role in portfolio oversight and fund consolidation strategy. The position offers direct exposure to one of Europe’s largest real estate investment managers and the chance to develop long-term client relationships. You’ll report to a Director and work within the Central London team, playing a key role in delivering best-in-class service, reporting, and strategic input for a high-value institutional portfolio.
Role Overview
- Manage day-to-day operations across a varied commercial portfolio
- Deliver service charge budgets, lease management, and tenant liaison
- Coordinate with FM teams and support capex and mobilisation projects
- Maintain accurate lease data and manage key lease events
- Conduct regular inspections, reporting, and occupier engagement
- Attend client meetings and support ongoing fund consolidation activity
- Identify opportunities for value-add and assist with ESG initiatives
