About the Role: Are you a commercially-minded finance professional with a passion for helping businesses grow? We're looking for Client-Facing Portfolio Finance Managers to join our expanding advisory team, working directly with clients across a range of industries. You'll be at the heart of their financial journey, understanding their business, streamlining processes, providing strategic insights, and helping drive growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with clients on-site and virtually
  • Provide tailored financial advice, management reporting, and commercial insights
  • Review VAT returns, CIS, management accounts & bookkeeping
  • Prepare year-end accounts, CT600s, and self-assessment tax returns
  • Create forecasts, cash flows, and scenario planning using tools like Xero, Sage, and forecasting software
  • Offer tax planning strategies and growth advice
  • Help implement and automate efficient finance systems
  • Mentor and support junior team members

What We're Looking For:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in practice
  • Strong interpersonal and advisory skills; client relationships are key
  • Proficient in Xero, Sage, and general cloud accounting software
  • Ambitious, solutions-focused, and self-driven
  • Ideally experience (or interest in learning) automation and forecasting software
