Prospero Teaching are looking for caring and enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join a vibrant, supportive SEN school community in Bournemouth and Poole. This role would be perfect for parents or carers looking for a role that fits within school hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise pupils with SEN during lunch and play
  • Assist with feeding and personal care
  • Promote calm, structured transitions
  • Use appropriate communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS) to engage with non-verbal or autistic pupils
  • Provide emotional regulation support
