A dynamic and rapidly expanding £400M+ business services group seeks a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive growth across its diverse portfolio of 18 companies, spanning Care, IT, Office, and Industrial sectors.
Your Role as Chief Marketing Officer:
- We are looking for a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer who can not only optimise performance but also forge strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams.
- You will be instrumental in developing strategies to scale operations.
- This is your chance to lead and inspire a talented team covering design, content marketing, campaign planning, product marketing, analytics, and performance.
- You will be responsible for efficiently allocating marketing spend and proving ROI, all while collaborating closely with sales to achieve shared business objectives.

- Expertise across all digital marketing channels, including content marketing, marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), PPC, A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, Google Analytics, and GTM strategy.
