We are currently recruiting for a market-leading technology solutions provider for the role of Key Account Director. ROLE OVERVIEW
- Location: UK Remote
- Package: £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a team of customer account managers
- Drive account growth
- Develop a strategic roadmap for customer engagement
- Analyse customer pain points
- Design tailored solutions and engage stakeholders to deliver innovative services
- Oversee performance metrics, ensure seamless service delivery and manage commercial negotiations
- Promote strong C-level relationships
- Attend industry events, and drive continuous growth through account development and planning
Main Skills/Requirements:
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management
- Expertise in 3PL operations with leading mobile networks, TV, and small appliance providers
- Confident in executive-level presentations, customer engagement, and leading initiatives that drive results and execution
- Skilled in P&L management, market analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Deep understanding of forward and reverse logistics, reverse supply chains, and adherence to ISO14001 and ISO9001 standards
