As a Talent Coordinator , you play a crucial role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. You’ll provide administrative and operational support across the talent acquisition lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvements in our processes and systems. This role is a key part of the Talent Team and works cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers, the onboarding team, and the wider Operations team. What You\’ll Be Doing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilise ATS to meticulously manage comprehensive candidate records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Interview Coordination and Candidate Support: Orchestrate the full interview process, including scheduling interviews. Coordinate meetings between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication and updates. Onboarding Collaboration: Liaise closely with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires. Share relevant information, coordinate pre-boarding activities, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient onboarding experience. Recruitment Project Support and Process Improvement: Actively support ongoing recruitment projects, contributing to various initiatives and tasks as required. Talent Team Inbox Management: Assume responsibility for managing the Talent Team inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, redirecting emails to the appropriate team members, and maintaining organized email records. As this is a hybrid role, we’re looking for people within a commuting distance of our Edinburgh office and who are flexible to travel to client sites and CreateFuture regional offices.
