Weβre looking for a sharp and motivated Junior Talent Partner with a passion for tech hiring and strong operational foundations. You will play a key role in helping us scale by finding and engaging exceptional talent, while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and new joiners alike. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise across the full hiring and people lifecycle, spanning tech recruitment, people operations, and talent projects. - Source and engage top tech talent across Engineering, Product, and Applied Science by executing targeted sourcing strategies that attract high-quality, diverse candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support scheduling and coordination for interviews, including candidate communications and feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS, ensuring seamless collaboration across hiring teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screenings to make recommendations based on the candidates' skills, experience and alignment with our company principles.
- Drive creative outreach campaigns and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other platforms.
People Operations
- Prepare contracts of employment for new joiners.
- Conduct right to work checks and support pre-employment compliance.
- Deliver smooth onboarding experiences in collaboration with EA/Office Manager (e.g. first-day communications, systems access, and culture touchpoints).
- Support with maintaining data integrity across all people systems and documentation.
Talent Projects & Initiatives
- Support ATS migration and implementation projects (e.g. testing workflows, migrating data, updating templates).
- Support employer branding initiatives and ad-hoc projects by writing content, contributing to LinkedIn campaigns, and partnering with technical recruiting and cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for hiring-related events such as career fairs, university partnerships, and meetups.
Required
- Hands-on tech sourcing experience across Engineering, Machine Learning and Product.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an in-house Talent/People Operations role (ideally within a tech startup/scale up or agency with a strong tech focus).
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Interested in building strong candidate and employee experiences.
- Team player β willingness to βmuck inβ and help colleagues.
Location: We are currently operating a hybrid scheme with a small office near Holborn tube station available to anyone who wants to work there. We also have occasional team days where everyone meets face to face and days where people work heads down from home, communicating with colleagues using Slack and Zoom.
Compensation: Compensation will be through salary and generous share options. The company has a tax-efficient EMI share option scheme set up (not available to larger companies) which allows us to provide real exposure to the success of the company without taxes being due when they are paid.
