Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS, or CIOB Building Surveyor at Housing Disrepair Surveys. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, condition surveys and dilapidation assessments. The role includes handling housing condition claims, home buyer surveys, and leasehold/freehold disputes.
