Business Development Manager – Renewable Energy Dumbarton (Hybrid) £65,000 – £75,000 Nine Twenty are partnering with an ambitious engineering business that’s carving out growth in the biomass, waste-to-energy, and pulp & paper sectors—and they’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take things to the next level. This is a high-impact commercial role where you’ll combine technical know-how with smart business thinking. You\’ll shape go-to-market strategies, lead on customer development, and grow a vital part of the business focused on parts, upgrades, and service. What you’ll bring: Strong background in technical sales and project delivery Sharp commercial instinct and experience with contract negotiation Knowledge of the renewable or heavy industrial sectors A hunter mindset—with the confidence to grow new relationships and spot opportunities others miss You’ll be well supported, but have plenty of freedom to get stuck in and make things happen. Travel will be required across the UK on a regular basis, you\’ll spend 70% of your time either at the Dumbarton office or out visiting clients and 30% working from home.
