Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
What will you be doing?
- Provide comprehensive support to the Executive Team, including the Managing Director.
- Coordinate large scale transformational projects to ensure goals are achieved within the required timelines such as integrating acquisitions and mobilising new contracts.
- Manage team deadlines efficiently and handle diary management and meeting coordination.
- Organise travel arrangements including hotels, trains, flights, taxis, ferries, and car hire for the executive team.
- Assist with basic office management tasks while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Comfortable with frequent travel requirements to support the dynamic needs of the executive leadership.
What you’ll bring?
- The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- You will need to have strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.
- Able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs, handle confidential information discreetly, and adapt to change and business growth.
- Experienced in project management and problem-solving with a flexible approach.
- People management experience is preferred but not essential.
