Join us as a Pricing Optimisation Manager This is a valuable opportunity to lead the delivery of price optimisation capabilities within the franchise We’ll look to you to build processes that enable the distribution of agreed pricing into wider bank and sourcing systems As you partner with our senior business stakeholders to aid further pricing proposal development and engagement, you’ll have an excellent platform to raise your profile What you\’ll do This key role will see you leading the build and delivery of price optimisation and distribution capabilities by leveraging all input financial, price elasticity models and business constraints. You’ll be enabling optimised recommendations for pricing change, while also communicating output summaries to help further pricing proposal development and engagement with the business. As well as this, you’ll be: Building and automating baseline production and simplifying the production of pricing scenarios Engaging with key internal data and financial modellers to make sure that appropriate price elasticity and profit models are up to date to enable price optimisation Making sure that all models developed adhere to our model risk management frameworks and standards Delivering regular updates and automated recommended pricing scenarios to pricing managers Preparing data files and transfers to enable agreed pricing to be distributed on time, quality assured and under control The skills you\’ll need To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be qualified to degree level in a numerate discipline with extensive banking or financial services experience. You’ll demonstrate knowledge of optimisation methods and multivariate techniques, together with model development, model risk management and model monitoring experience. You’ll also need: Experience of both delivery and management of multiple applications running on interconnected cloud platforms, such as AWS, using languages such as Python Experience in leading the design of front end interfaces to enable non-technical end user interaction with software solutions The ability to translate complex techniques into simple, easily understood concepts and outputs Broad experience of risk and finance systems, methodologies and processes in a retail or wholesale banking environment Experience in successfully using and deploying new data sources, approaches and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
