Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Software Department, we have brand new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Enterprise Systems to lead the implementation and integration of Blatchford’s key enterprise systems. The role As Head of Enterprise Systems, you will help drive the strategy for enterprise systems and architecture, that connects the organisation to our customers. You will aim to ensure we have great user experiences that are robust, secure and commercially viable. Key duties: Leading a cross-functional team of solution architects and application specialists who own the enterprise architecture and business critical enterprise systems including Salesforce, Ecommerce, PLM and Document Management. Working closely with business leaders to help to shape the future roadmap of Blatchford’s Platform ecosystem. Acting as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the translation of clear, understandable requirements to deliver the right product first time. Supporting the technical architecture teams to ensure they are building the right architecture and solutions for the business. ·Developing a clean, well-documented enterprise architecture that is scalable and easy to maintain. Implementing modern workplace solutions, leveraging automation and workflows using no-code / low-code tools to enable Blatchford’s employees to optimise their day-to-day activities and drive efficiency. Lead the team to deliver on their commitments, ensuring the design and planning is accurate and work is delivered on time with quality What are we looking for? Key skills: Computer Science, technology and/or business-related degree (or equivalent) Service Oriented architecture experience Enterprise Architecture experience, including frameworks such as TOGAF or NIST EA Model or similar Experience of no-code / low-code approaches to implementing efficient business process automation Hand-on experience of implementing CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ERP (e.g. Infor CSI), PLM (e.g. Windchill) and associated integrations within a Service Oriented Architecture Understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Protection and applicable regulation GDPR and HIPAA, NIST, FDA, EU and other applicable regulations Experience of implementing security best practise, defence-in-depth strategies Forward thinking in the practical and effective use of AI Experience as a key business system product owner.
