Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Rotation (06:00 to 14:00 | 14:00 to 22:00)

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Team Manager to join our Distribution Centre in Speke.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key operational area and lead a team that plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.
What you’ll be doing
As a Team Manager, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team of Admins and Warehouse Operatives — ensuring all performance targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. You’ll inspire your team to deliver great results, drive continuous improvement, and help us maintain our “Best in Class” logistics operation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver high service levels to our stores
- Planning and managing staff training, monitoring progress and performance
- Achieving and exceeding KPI targets, such as pick accuracy and productivity
- Ensuring all MHE is used safely and effectively, following Health & Safety guidelines
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance and standards
- Acting as a role model for positive behaviour, teamwork, and continuous improvement
