The Role: We are seeking a part-time proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our OE Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing credit on key OEM accounts and supporting broader finance functions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM - 2:15 PM)
Salary: £27,500 FTE pro rata £19,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily cash receipts and reconcile accounts
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and pricing discrepancies
- Match and record self-bill invoices
- Support OE Operations when required
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a credit control or finance role
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Access to own vehicle due to site location
