The Role: We are seeking a part-time proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our OE Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing credit on key OEM accounts and supporting broader finance functions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM - 2:15 PM)

Salary: £27,500 FTE pro rata £19,500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily cash receipts and reconcile accounts
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and pricing discrepancies
  • Match and record self-bill invoices
  • Support OE Operations when required
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a credit control or finance role
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Access to own vehicle due to site location
