The District Security Manager is responsible for managing security operations at the client's sites within the designated regions (Europe, China, Brazil, India, Middle East, US). The Manager oversees the implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines, and programs across various locations and product lines. This role involves daily collaboration with Facility Security Managers, administrative offices, and addressing employee travel risks, reporting directly to the Regional Security Manager.

Essential Functions:
- Represent and uphold the company's code of conduct.
- Provide leadership and collaborate daily with security personnel across the enterprise.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security processes and strategies to minimize risks, respond to incidents, and reduce financial and regulatory liabilities.
- Identify significant security risks and design strategies to prevent asset loss.
- Establish standards and controls related to intellectual property, key employee security, and product counterfeiting.
- Coordinate site security operations to ensure employee safety and protect information assets.
- Research and deploy technical solutions to safeguard assets and personnel.
- Manage preventive programs to protect against business disruptions cost-effectively.
- Report security issues to the Global Security Regional Manager and coordinate with Facility Security Managers.
- Provide security status briefings and integrate security operations within regional business activities.
- Anticipate partner needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.
- Develop collaborative relationships, offering expertise, guidance, and training sensitive to cultural differences.
- Build relationships with emergency responders, including law enforcement, fire services, and medical providers.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to protect assets while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Partner with crisis management teams to develop business contingency and continuity plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with relevant experience in a related field.
- A minimum of seven years in law enforcement, military, intelligence, or public service is preferred.
