We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Community Host to join the team at a stunning residential site in Croydon. The development is made up of 338 luxury apartments, pet friendly with wonderful communal spaces such as garden terraces, co-working areas, lounge, gym, bike storage and a playground area.
The role will be based on site, where each day will be different, fit for an enthusiastic candidate with a can-do attitude to ensure smooth operations during the overnight hours, and someone who is dedicated to providing top-tier service and a secure environment for residents.
You:
- Experience in being the first point of contact for resident enquiries through the night (including raising maintenance issues) with a positive attitude.
- Have proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality, that demonstrates a customer service and experience background.
- Understanding of residential rules and regulations, deposits, and residents' rights in order to manage a smooth-running operation.
- Practice in lettings or supporting lettings.
- Knowledge of CRM systems within the residential setting will be advantageous.
- Comfortable running regular resident events.
- Must have excellent written and spoken English as well as reasonable IT skills, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
