The Role As a Digital Analyst , you\’ll play a key role in optimising the online customer journey through in-depth analysis using GA4 . Reporting to the Customer Digital Analytics Lead, you’ll work cross-functionally to provide insights that support decision-making and improve digital performance across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who’s technically strong, commercially aware, and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyse the customer journey and website performance across key KPIs (sales, transactions, engagement). Lead GA4 audits, implementations, and reporting – becoming the subject matter expert within the team. Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker . Support A/B testing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the digital experience. Collaborate with internal teams to present findings and influence strategy. Stay informed on digital and retail trends, customer behaviour, and market dynamics. Required Skills & Experience Strong GA4 experience – implementation, auditing, and analysis. Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Solid understanding of A/B testing and using data to optimise performance. SQL experience, within BigQuery Strong stakeholder management skills – confident communicator who can explain complex data clearly. Commercially minded with a curiosity for eCommerce and customer behaviour . Experience in the retail or eCommerce sector. Exposure to app analytics and omnichannel customer data.
