About the role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive to support the day-to-day management of our paid social media campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact across high-performing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. The Paid Social Executive is part of the Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team reporting into the Paid Social Manager/Lead. The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for delivering, optimising and reporting on all paid social campaigns, across the entire business portfolio. As a Paid Social Executive, you will; Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and others Help with building campaigns, selecting targeting, uploading creatives, and writing ad copy Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and flag any issues or opportunities for optimisation Assist in pulling weekly and monthly performance reports Support A/B testing efforts for audiences, creatives, and messaging Keep up to date with platform updates and best practices Stay organised and maintain campaign tracking processes 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience (agency or in-house), or a relevant internship A passion for digital marketing and social media Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Data-curious – comfortable working with numbers and learning how to analyse performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment Effective time management skills and ability to multitask Professional and proactive work ethic Strong command of both written and spoken English A relaxed working environment with regular socials including a summer festival Supportive well-being initiatives and benefits, talks & workshops, andMental Health First aiders & Champions 25 days holiday plus a day for your birthday.
