Job purpose:
The role of a Customer Care Installer involves completing remedial customer care work in occupied homes, as well as carrying out full dry fit kitchen installations and remedial work on construction sites. The role holder will deliver first-class workmanship and service levels to our portfolio of blue-chip house builders and will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and setting the benchmark for our network of sub-contractor installers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Completing remedial customer care work in occupied homes and occasionally full dry fit kitchen installations and remedial work on construction sites.
- Deliver first-class workmanship and service levels to our portfolio of blue-chip house builders.
- Ensuring you are always working to a high standard, setting the standard for our network of sub-contractor installers.
Previous Experience & Key Skills:
- Experience in kitchen installations.
- Possession of own 110v site tools, cordless tool preferred, and a valid CSCS card.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight when necessary.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Full UK driving license.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification desired but not essential.
