Base pay range

Ardeta Search is currently partnering with fast-growing Airbnb and short-term rental management company to recruit a Property Administrator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

As the Property Administrator, you will support the operational backbone of the business. Your responsibilities will include managing booking calendars, coordinating cleaning and maintenance teams, assisting guests, and ensuring each property remains in excellent condition.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organisation, and has a strong service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning teams and maintenance contractors
• Support the onboarding process for new properties, including listing management
• Monitor property supplies and oversee inventory restocking
• Ensure compliance with local short-let regulations
• Assist with administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting

Experience:

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or administration
• Knowledge of Airbnb/short-term rental platforms is highly desirable
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital booking systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
