Job Title: Assistant Review Manager – Litigation Services London: EC2Y 9AL, UK (Hybrid) Reports To: Senior Project Manager/Director – Litigation Services (UK) Employment type: 12 months FTC to potential permanent role Role Summary The Assistant Review Manager reports to the Delivery Leadership Team (Senior Project Manager/Director) and is responsible for assisting the Delivery Management Team (Review Managers/Senior Project Manager) with the management of document review projects, together with being responsible for managing their own document review projects from inception to completion with oversight from the Delivery Management Team. Specific Duties Assist/manage multiple electronic disclosure/document review projects, acting as primary point of contact between Integreon and the client/law firm. Manage client engagement, including the design of the review workflow and protocol, tailored to the client’s requirements. Recruit and manage temporary review teams, and assume responsibility and accountability for all elements of review and quality control processes. Support business development personnel, serving as a document review subject-matter expert at client meetings and in response to client enquiries, as necessary. Manage and allocate resources to ensure projects are completed within given timeframe and within the expected budget. Personal Success Characteristics Exceptionally strong communication, organisation and project management skills. Ability to manage risks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Strong writing ability and ability to interface with corporate clients and law firms. Eager to learn the latest technical skills. Required Skills/Abilities Minimum five years’ legal experience, preferably in litigation or at an electronic discovery/litigation support provider. Familiarity with a range of eDiscovery/eDisclosure technology, and, technology assisted review/analytics preferred. Education And Experience Qualified solicitor Working Pattern 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Out of hours/extended hours may be required from time to time.
