Salary – from ÂŁ28,800+ with annual bonus and benefits. WL1 Location : Glasgow or Newcastle (if you will be based in Newcastle, there will be a requirement to travel to the Glasgow office occasionally) Office Attendance – Our roles are hybrid; you should be able to work in our offices 2 days per week. The Role Develop medium- or long-term work schedules that enable the organization to achieve its business goals. Involves coordinating across multiple teams. Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice. Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Prepare weekly team or department workforce plans to identify the number of staff required to meet the demand forecast. Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements We need you to have Sound experience and understanding of straightforward scheduling procedures and/or WFM systems What’s in it for you?
